LVHCC has multiple ways of communication to ensure our parents are aware of things and understand that we are an open-communication childcare.

LVHCC uses ProCare which is an electronic app to keep parents in the loop daily. Each classroom has its own tablet with ProCare Software on it to upload daily reports of activities such as meals, bathroom times, activities, and observations. Teachers can even communicate with the app with memos from the class. Reports of daily activities are sent immediately and an end of the day report.
